One of the many things I like about the Moto G power is its battery power, I don’t think I have seen more than that in a flagship. Though its processor, internal storage, RAM size is lower than that of most flagship Smartphones. If you are a photography lover, I won’t advise you to go for the Moto G power.
• Long lasting battery
• Macro camera feature
• Presence of Headphone jack
• It is affordable
• Sound performance
• The camera quality isn’t that to notch
• No optical zoom
• Lacks the NFC feature

Moto G power comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 octa-core chipset. I don’t really know why motorolla featured the snapdragon 665 in this smartphone while many Smartphones of 2020 feature the snapdragon 765, 865 and 865+.
It features the Adreno 610 graphics card and has a RAM size of 4GB though this is mediocre especially for high ram gaming and heavy phone users. It has an internal storage of 64GB and has a slot for the microSD. G power had a multiscore of 1,387 On Geekbench 5 which is good for a smartphone.
G power features thick bezels around its screen though the bezels are slimmer than that of iPhone 11. It comes with the IPS LCD display, 6.4 inches display size, screen resolution of 1080 x 2300 pixels, pixel density of 399 ppi and 19:9 aspect ratio.
It has 500 nits brightness though I noticed that it’s display colors don’t look so brilliant and had a Delta-E rating of 0.33.

Moto G power features triple camera system. The wide camera has 16MP lens, a focal length of f/1.7, aperture of 1/2.8″ and pixel size of 1.12µm while the ultra wide camera has an 8 MP, a focal length to aperture ratio of f/2.2, 118˚, 1/4.0″ and pixel size of 1.12µm and a macro camera 2 MP, a focal length/ aperture ratio of f/2.2 for taking frivolous snapshot photos and videos.
Then turning to the front, there is a hole-punch which houses the selfie camera. The selfie camera has a 16 MP lens, a focal length to aperture ratio of f/2.0, 1/3.06″ and pixel size of 1.0µm. I noticed that its Nightmode isn’t that conscientious so you have to do your major photography when light is adequate.
G power has a dimension of 6.30 x 2.98 x 0.38 inches which is very similar in size to the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE which has a dimension of 6.29 x 2.93 x 0.33 inches though the G power is quite heavy and more than the S20 FE which has a weight of 6.70 oz, the G power weighs 7.02 oz.
The G power’s front is made of glass, its back is made of plastic and it has an aluminum frame. Moto G power comes in two colors: Smoke Black and Capri Blue variants.
It features a fingerprint at the Motorola logo, USB type C charging port, headphone jack and android 10 OS though this is upgradable to android 11. It lacks the IP water resistant rating though it has a water repellant coating. It lacks the 5G network and has a browsing speed of 600/100 Megabyte per second.
